You may only register one guest in the online registration system. If you would like to bring more than one guest to the dinner or tour, please please download the PDF additional guest registration form and follow the instructions on the form.
Registration fees: All fees below are listed in US Dollars. Please note: The conference fee does not include any workshops.
Conference fee includes participation in all open sessions, conference proceedings, refreshment breaks, lunch and welcome reception.
Pre-Conference Workshop fees include participation in the workshop, handouts and refreshment breaks.
Payment: We accept online registration and payment until 17 August 2007. We accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express credit cards. After 17 August, you must register on-site. PLEASE NOTE: On-site registration will be only be available to conference registrants who wish to add optional social events to their existing registration.
Registration Cancellation: All cancellations must be received in written form either by sending email to the Enrollment Coordinator at firstname.lastname@example.org or via fax (617) 384-8690. Cancellations by 29 June 2007 will receive a refund minus an administrative fee of $150 for the conference and $50 for the pre-conference workshops. For cancellations received in written form from 30 June 2007 until 27 July 2007, 50% of the registration fee will be refunded.
No refunds will be made after 27 July 2007.
There will be no refunds for cancellation of the reception, dinner or tours.
